Building physics consultants

The Executive Board of the Technical University Delft has decided BK City to be maintained as permanent housing for the faculty of architecture and the built environment. For a sustainable future the faculty has initiated the project BK City SLIM; development of a sensational sustainable building with high standard architecture taking into account the monumental values of the existing building.


Six architects/consultants were invited to present a vision on innovative solutions for sustaibility:
- 2012 architects (now Superuse studios), Jan Jongert;
- Laura Alvarez Architecture, Laura Alvarez;
- DWA, Kees Wisse;
- Except, Tom Bosschaert;
- Climatic Design Consult, Tom Haartsen;
- DSA, Duzan Doepel.

DSA and DWA have presented a vision as a team.
2012 architects (Superuse Studios) and Climatic Design Consult have combines their knowledge as well: 2012 architects have presented their vision that was supported by specific know how of CDC in the field of energy conservation.
